Rosa Parks

She was born on February 4, 1913 in Tuskegee, Alabama.

Rosa Parks was a woman that was African-American that lived during the slavery time. One day Rosa Parks went and sat in front on the bus, and did not go to the back when a white tolled her to go to the back. The white got really mad at her, so then he called the police and she got arrested. But that was not the end of this story, then people wanted the rights to be able to sit in the front of the bus, so they made signs not to go on the buses so then the whites will give them the right to sit in the front.

Even though Rosa Parks never got out of jail, her accomplishment worked, and that is when Martin Luther King stood to stand up for the African-Americans.

The interesting thing to me was that even though Rosa Parks knew that not obeying the whites can bring her to big troubles, but she did that and now all African-Americans can have freedom.

The strengths that Rosa Parks were that she were that she knew she can die from disobeying a white, but she stood on her own side, and even though she died as she knew, that is when the African-Americans started to stand up for them-selves. but really there were no weaknesses in Rosa Parks except for that she was tired from work and so on.

Rosa Parks never had any failures; instead she just made her culture free.

The historical event was that the African-Americans were in slavery. .The people that inspired her were the African-Americans that went her way of life, and got what they needed.
