Paragraph about person: Alex Rodriguez plays baseball for the Yankees he also played for the Seattle Mariners! His baseball days started when he was young about four. His dad used to play baseball and his dad was happy to see that Alex was interested in sports. When Alex was young he used to through a ball agents a wall or through a ball up in the air and try to catch it. Alex grew up in a poor neighborhood his parents where Spanish immigrants. When Alex got older he joined a baseball team at the Boys and Girls Club he met a boy about his age that joined the team his name is Juan Diego Arteaga (and even today they are still friends). They grew very close Juan’s dad was the coach of a baseball team so Alex joined. Juan’s dad was like Alex’s second dad. But one day at one of their baseball games Juan’s dad had a heart attack and died. The boys where crushed because the lost of him was sad he meant a lot to many people, he was very missed. When Alex was a senior in high school Alex was very well known his team had been scored 1st place 3 years in a row. Every night he got about 35 phone calls from scouts. Alex ended up signing with the Seattle Mariners.
